We measure your space. Then we build the gym that fits it.
Most home gyms fail because the equipment was chosen before anyone looked at the room. We come to you, measure properly, and specify only what works in the space you actually have.
Four steps, no guesswork
You'll know the layout and the full cost before you commit to anything.
Consultation
We visit your home, measure the space, and talk through how you train and what you want to achieve.
Layout plan
You get a scaled floor plan showing exactly what goes where, with clearances for every movement.
Equipment
One quote, one order. We source it, so you're not chasing five suppliers and five deliveries.
Delivery & install
We bring it in our own vehicle, assemble it, and don't leave until it's set up and working.
A gym built around your room, not a catalogue
Buying equipment online is easy. Knowing what will actually fit, and what you'll still be using in a year, is the hard part.
Space assessment
Ceiling height, door widths, floor type and power. The details that decide whether a rack is possible or a false start.
Equipment specification
Chosen against your training, your space and your budget — with the reasoning explained, not just a list.
Supply & installation
Delivered and assembled by us across Gauteng. Racks levelled, bars mounted, flooring laid where needed.
What this costs
Every space is different, so the final figure comes after the consultation. But you shouldn't have to book a call to find out the rough range.
A starter corner setup typically lands between R4,000 and R8,000. A garage conversion with a rack, bench and full weight set generally runs R18,000 to R35,000. The consultation and layout plan are free either way.
What we don't do
- 01Structural work, walls or ceilings
- 02Electrical installation or lighting
- 03Plumbing, damp-proofing or waterproofing
- 04Anything outside our service area — for now
We'll tell you upfront if your space needs any of these before we can install, so you're not left with equipment you can't set up.

How much does a home gym cost?
A starter corner setup usually runs R4,000 to R8,000. A garage conversion with a rack, bench and weights typically falls between R18,000 and R35,000. The consultation and layout plan cost nothing, and you'll have a full quote before committing.
What size space do I need?
Less than most people assume. A functional setup fits in roughly 2m x 2.5m - a bedroom corner is enough for mat work, bands, adjustable dumbbells and a doorway bar. A rack needs about 3m x 3m plus ceiling height of 2.4m or more.
Which areas do you cover?
Gauteng - Johannesburg, Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Randburg, Sandton, Centurion and Pretoria. We deliver and install ourselves rather than handing off to a courier, which is why the area is limited for now.
Can I just buy equipment without the consultation?
Yes. Everything in our online store can be bought directly with no consultation and no appointment - browse the catalogue, order, and we ship it to you nationwide. The design and installation service is there for people who want the space planned properly first, but you are never obliged to use it.
How long does it take?
Consultation within a few days of enquiring, layout plan within a week, and installation once equipment arrives - usually two to four weeks from first visit, depending on what's specified.
Do you install equipment I already own?
Yes, and we'll plan around it. If you've already bought a rack or bench, tell us at the consultation and we'll build the layout around what you have rather than replacing it.
